Didn't you hear?!
He got caught checking into a Motel 6 with a girl named Trixie, a jar of mayonnaise, and a plumber's friend.
It's ALL OVER the news - I can't believe you didn't hear.
...was he sniffing her hair as they checked in?...
a UBI is a nice pipedream...too bad yangs math is way off
UBI will cost ~2.5 trillion per year
I look at it as a rough draft and won't be something in the first year.
Yang is big on consumption tsx. Possibly lowering not eliminating income taxes.
I could see UBI replacing income tax and Federal SSI down the road. Possibly increasing the amount once the budget is stabilized or at the right numbers.

Last debate it was all about "FREE healthcare, free college, free retirement, free social security, free housing, etc., etc." .... with six really wealthy, but, anonymous guys paying for it all with "fair" tax increases! This is the same old promise 'em anything to get elected -- and then forget what you promised' politics.
They still don't realize that people don't want more of the same old politicians! --- That's partly why Trump got elected in 2016, ... and will win by a landslide in 2020. (The Dem. 'debates' and ridiculous 'Russian collusion, racism claims and 'private impeachment in the Dem. side of the HOUSE' - are only further ensuring this!). Go Dems! -- You make it easy for the Republicans to do nothing and still win!
Problem I see with the bolded - is these same politicians complaining about big corporations are the same ones sitting on those board of directors or lobbying for them when they lose or retire their office. They are all a bunch of hypocrites.
This is just another empty, meaninglessly predictive taunt, with nothing to back it up.
If you're a Trump supporter, as I'd guess, it must be difficult for you to face up to the fact that, unlike Trump, Biden has decade of knowledge and experience about politics. Biden shows Trump up for the foundering novice that he is.
If you're an anti-Trumper, as I'd guess, it must be difficult for you to face up to the fact that Trump WON by beating the "smartest woman in the world", and IS our President.
I appreciate the thoughtful comments on this thread and glad it hasn’t devolved into a dem bashing exercise which doesn't help to advance or enlighten the conversation.
I’m ready to make my first financial contribution after this debate. Klobuchar is getting my money first. I hope she continues.

I think it is very sad that it seems to me just in reading the posts that the candidates who have most to offer in the minds of the posters on this thread are not the front-runners! (Although, truthfully, the only one that appeals to me is Gabbard.)
Warren, Biden and Sanders are all obviously too old to be POTUS, as is Trump (and I'm a senior, too, btw).
