Well, I don't get the Fox News channel, so I don't know what they are saying. But, the impeachment process is outlined in the Constitution, and you can not do true discovery without voting for the Articles of Impeachment which STARTS THE PROCESS.

Articles of impeachment come after discovery, discovery is the process of gathering evidence, after which they can decide whether or not to impeach. Who is feeding you this nonsense?
