Personally I've been using Alternative Medicine for going on 30 yrs and have no intention of stopping.
That's your choice, but ultimately you will have a serious health condition and "alternative medicine" is not going to do anything for you, so you'll end up eating crow.
If you search for health information you are going to get medical health information because that's what the majority of searchers are looking for. Try narrowing your search to alternative health websites and you will get a ton of results. I just did it using Google and got 171,000,000 results in 0.96 seconds.
Geesh, not everything is some big conspiracy. Did no one teach you how to conduct a targeted search? Well then, consider yourself educated. You're welcome.
There is a lot of redundancy in search results and the resultant information since the same sites show up multiple times at the front of the results due to the ranking algorithm.
You can always formulate your result to emphasize an alternative medical technique by including it in the search. That should exclude a lot of sites that deal only in conventional or established therapies.
Tin foil hat is an obsolete defense since people have obviously noticed it in news of other nature for some time and the government, media, and the politicians have often preyed on the public's susceptibility to conspiracy theories to frame opinions.
There always was some sort of censorship (in terms of ranking) in google. Always. You can argue whether it's for good or for bad, but censorship is there (especially political one). That's why you are better off with rival search engines: yandex (Russia), baidu (China), heck, even yahoo (US) are all more neutral and less or no censorship than google.

Oh you think so? You have a crystal ball into my long life which is now 81 and no drugs to speak of and no docs appts unless a once a year check in. You think so????? Tell me tell me what to expect. All I see are old people popping 10+ pharma drugs or so daily as they listen to docs and pharma.
From my visits here on this forum I get the impression MOST are pretty young people and have a lot to learn about life and health issues etc...
Staying away from toxic drugs I believe keeps me as healthy as I am.

It's common knowledge that google censors and ranks websites per its own algorithm.
At least to people paying attention.
I saw this recently when I could not find a youtuber's videos. They would come up when posted on other youtube channels, but his youtube channel? Nope. Wasn't even listed.
So yes, google shows you what it *wants* to show you. Not what's actually available.
Well folks it's a big wide web out there so if you google "broken arm" do you want to see "rub herbal honey on it and dance under a full moon"?
Your comment is extreme and laughable in our times today but years back before modern medicine, they did a lot of healing with what they had.
