Yes, at a basic level sexual assault involves sexual contact without consent. That's what occurred here. As for the officer, what did you expect him to do? Break contact and let the crazed, drunk woman have a degree of separation where she could try to pry loose and possibly injure the officer or herself
^^^^ This. I don't watch linked videos for fear of viruses, etc., but I gather she was grinding against the police offer's crotch. That would definitely be sexual assault. Not aggravated sexual assualt, but simple sexual assault. Someone doesn't have to be injured to be the victim of an assault.

And I don't want to hear "but she was drunk" as that excuse wouldn't fly for a man who sexually assaulted a woman (forget what one is a cop, it really doesn't matter)
What a disgrace. Don't expect to hear from Gloria Allred or Anderson Cooper.
That ugly fat cop was loving it, so it was not a sexual assault. Likewise, if a hot male chippendale dancer did that to me, I surely would not mind. If she was 300 pounds, he would likely press charges.
It's obvious I'll be in the minority here since I only see it as her struggling and using the only part of her body that she could to resist him.
But, hell, that interpretation is no fun, right?

sure, when I struggle I always say yes, yes, yes, ohhh, you like that.
I don't understand how people can say a man patting a woman on the behind is sexual assault but this is not sexual assault.
