^^^^^^This. It is interesting that the Democrats want to get rid of the first two amendments which are obviously the most important.
This used to be the case but I'm not so sure anymore.
Republicans love America as it was before the civil rights movement. They despise America as it is today, which is why they are so angry and vicious and are willing to stop at nothing to roll back social progress to 1955.

In 2005 the gap between the average white score and the average black score had grown to 204 points.
Not only are African-American scores on the SAT far below the scores of whites and Asian Americans, but they also trail the scores of every other major ethnic group in the United States including students of Puerto Rican and Mexican backgrounds. In fact, American Indian and Alaska Native students on average score more than 104 points higher than the average score of black students. On average, Asian American students score 227 points, or 19 percent higher, higher than African Americans.

Exactly. All the civil war talk is just posturing. The big scare is something happens, like what you've suggested or something else, that sparks the racial/social tension in our large cities across the country. There are many people that have nothing to lose that are just waiting for the time to rise up. Like we've already seen in the past.

The Rs are mistaken when they think the left isn’t armed and or trained for violence.
All the gangs, all the drug cartels, all the thugs, all the felons, all the anarchists, MS-13, Antifa, BLM, all the Dem politicians encouraging violence toward conservatives, New Black Panthers, the radical communists, all the Islamic terrorist supporters, are on the left.

It's so incredibly obvious the Dems are savaging the Constitution to further their cause, and yet, people genuinely and truthfully think it's the republicans who are doing it.
This country is full of people who look at the exact same situation and come to two totally opposite conclusions.
There is no middle ground, no compromising and it's getting worse
We now have a growing demographic that favors socialism over capitalism
We can't even agree on the simplest most basic ideas (like border security and illegal immigration) every single issue is highly contentious and politicized.
We have a media which has repeatedly been proven to lie and mislead people to push their own agenda and slant on an issue.
On top of it, most people now insulate themselves in echo Chambers and are fed news that aligns with their views by social media alogrhythems that want more clicks and traffic.
This country is going to continue to tear itself apart until people feel justified using violence.
We are at the point in a marriage where the 2 parties have reached the dreaded "irreconcilable differences" and from that point on there is no reconciling.
How do you feel when democrats say they have WHITE PRIVILEGE because they have white skin? I think that is a very racist statement and it points directly at White Supremacy. Why do the democrats think they have White Privilege because of white skin? They actually think they are better , superior to black and brown people.
Exactly so, but many haven't caught on to that fact.
Or the radical right us putting their leader above the law and democratic norms.
