The 1980s called-they want their foreign policy back. In case you missed it-Russia gave up on Communism 30 years ago. Which, coincidentally was the same time that liberals (such as Bernie Sanders) started hating on Russia. Now-the most avowed communists-are American liberals, while Russians have moved towards freedom and democracy.
