OP would be doing her a favor if he has her committed....if she goes on a mad killing spree, OP might be culpable, I would report a psycho like that but then, I'm not a deranged Demonic.

Sometimes these kinds of people can be defused by just constantly asking them "why?" Their anger has nothing to do with logic or thought, so if called on to explain it, they quickly wind down and in a few minutes are just sputtering. Of course, you have no way of knowing just exactly how crazy this dimwitted creature really is, so exercise caution and report to HR at your discretion.

She is one angry coworker.
She needs a major chill pill.

TDS is real, no denying that. Proceed with caution, and don't be afraid to speak up if this person makes real threats.

That's a bit extreme. Hopefully it's just a rant.

Most of the time this stuff is just people running their mouths off. We unfortunately live in times where you almost have to think about this stuff more and think about reporting people. Not sure what camp this lady is sitting in but it's not talk I'd be comfortable listening to at work. At the very least it makes for a hostile work environment.

Yeah they said that about DeWayne Craddock too.

If you want to do something about shootings this is where it starts.

Is this the same co-worker in all scenarios? Have you told her to can it, keep her politics to herself at the work place? It doesn't belong there. If it's bothering you enough to write posts about it, (assuming that these aren't some type of social experiment - we know we've seen those posts on this forum), then maybe it's time to take this to your Sup or to HR if your Sup won't do anything about it.

The fact that she's not only assaulting other co-workers, as you said in your last "My Co-Worker" segment, she's also advocating violence against a large number of people, openly, not even ashamed about it, means that she is not the type of person who needs to be working there, for everyone's safety.

If any of this is true, don't you think it's your obligation to report such a dangerous person?

I tell her to cool it, she is just very heated. She is just too emotional. She says she is afraid that Trump is going to take away her healthcare.

As I recall, Rand Paul already got his bones broken by his neighbor over something a couple years ago. So she got part of her wish.
