Trump may not be guilty of a crime but he is guilty of bad decisions using Guilliani or trusting him to run this campaign....
Just as any boss in any position in the world gets to do.

you do realize that presidents can fire ambassadors for absolutely no reason at all right? As for cause there does appear to be more than a little, including interfering in the Ukrainian elections. the new president of U stating his displeasure with her, comments directed to limit who the Ukrainians could fire etc.

Evidently Ukrainians made statements like "she is violating the Geneva conventions".

still.... we are talking about impeaching a president for the crime of extorting Ukraine. Trump is accused of demanding Ukraine provide dirt on Joe Biden or lose $300M in aid.

Democrats have called a witness whose contribution is "Donald Trump was mean to me".

As the witness admitted TODAY, she has no knowledge of the alleged crime Trump has been accused of.

Are you suggesting that government “workers” should be immune from termination for poor performance?
As an Obama toady she was resisting the wishes of a duly elected President of the United States and she was serving at his pleasure. She was recalled from her position in Ukraine due to poor performance and failure to advance the presidents agenda.

So, to answer your question, yes you are pretty stupid.

Yeah, but can't that be said for some firings in general? Sometimes the cultural/personality fit is just not there, and the person is let go.

Explanations are great, but that is not the real world.

She isn`t being questioned about witnessing anything. She was in the way of Trump`s bribery scheme. Turn on your TV!

first truthful thing said by anyone on the left. congratulations.

PS the constitution doesn't include "bad decisions" as an impeachable offense.

Yup. Just like leveraging foreign aid for an announcement of baseless investigations into the Bidens, all Trump would need to do is release the contemporaneously prepared documents proving that the Democrat narrative is false. After all, if Yovanovich was fired and the aid withheld for different, legitimate reasons instead of what we have heard so far from witnesses, releasing those documents would be easy as pie.

You haven't told us what Trump is supposedly defending himself from. What did this diplomat do? He is the POTUS, and according to supporters, can do absolutely anything he wants. So what did Yovanovitch say or do to Trump that warranted him "defending himself?" We're waiting. . .
