In this respect, Trump is smarter than Clinton was.

In the US legal system you are almost always better off saying as little as possible. And this is true, whether you are innocent or guilty. If I was arrested for something, and I knew I was 100% innocent, I STILL would not talk to the police unless my lawyer was present.

And if my lawyer told me that not speaking to them at all, is the best legal move, I am not going to say anything at all. The police are going to tell me that I am making myself “look guilty”, but their agenda is to get me to talk so they can use my own words against me. Again, this is whether I am innocent or guilty. My lawyer’s agenda is to keep me out of jail, so I think I will listen to him instead of them.

I have no doubt Trump was doing what his legal team said was best for him. And not testifying, might be the best move, even if he is innocent. Especially considering that the Democrats had no real evidence.

This would be hilarious if it wasn't so sad that you have it backwards. The Democrats have needed their safe spaces and crying closets ever since Trump won an election he was set up to lose.

Yes, indeed.

There was a good reason she was tossed. She is corrupt. She played linebacker to the corruption that was taking place with US funds, being given to Ukraine and funneled back to Democrats running for office.

I think you are correct, but I'm going to hold off passing final judgement until after the Senate hearing, and/or after Rudy Giuliani shares what he found, and for those findings to be corroborated. I think Rudy is sitting on a bombshell of a story that may be too big to let out of the bag.

Man! Do you realize that you are arguing that it is smarter to lie under oath, than to not testify at all?

You guys can be really ridiculous sometimes.

So, you're wrong. Get an intelligent, sane, principled, honest, moderate 'pub . Is that *too much to ask*?
He should have never become close to or considered for the position.
