Witness intimidation.

Even Fox admits it.

The Trumpists on this forum are bigger sycophants than Fox.
Since when did commentators on FOX become the arbiter of what constitutes witness intimidation ? Besides, contrary to the liberal pov, FOX commentators often criticize Trump.

If Marie or any other potential witness 'feels intimidated' by a tweet saying they did a rotten job, tough. Witnesses aren't immune from criticism before, during, or after testimony. If Trump's aim was to intimidate Marie, don't you think he'd have done something Before her testimony.

This witness tampering thing might be the only article of impeachment the D's don't pass.

How is this witness intimidation? Consider the fact that phones should not be permitted in a hearing and then the fact Schiff after viewing on the phone then displayed to the witness. If phones were not in the hearing and if Schiff did not display to the witness then the witness would not have know until after she was finished testifying. The remarks were not intimidation either considering the President only stated her past performance in Somalia and the fact the President of Ukraine was not satisfied with her performance. Lastly he stated the President chooses whom he/she desires to serve at posts across the Globe. President Obama replaced all of the Ambassadors that were in place during the George Bush Presidency shortly after election. Why is one talking about all the Ambassadors that were relieved of duty as soon as President Obama was elected. This will not affect the outcome of the impeachment, rather it is a blip on the radar.

Doesn't really matter since there
was a break shortly thereafter, she would have found out then.

Schiff was using the tweet. He uses his best stuff; he is a former prosecutor after all.

DJT handed him this and he used it. He got MY to say she felt intimidated. He achieved his goal.

I am not 100% sure that it is intimidation, but Schiff asked about the effect this tweet might have on other witnesses.

Schiff is smart; DJT is crudely crafty, but not real smart. He functions like a bully, or gang boss. But he is not particularly smart.

Doubt seriously this is legally ‘witness’ intimidation.

Criticizing a witness via a tweet isn't "witness intimidation" and only a complete moron would think otherwise. Those Democrats pushing the narrative don't actually believe it themselves, they just think that their base is dumb enough to believe it....are they right?
Of course it was witness intimidation. Not that it matters to his supporters.

Watching girls undress, even underage girls, is something Trump has done. He is a man of money and power so he got away with this. He even bragged about it to Howard Stern.

Donald Trump boasted about meeting semi-naked teenagers in beauty pageants

Some of the girls were as young as 15.

“You know they’re standing there with no clothes. Is everybody OK? And you see these incredible looking women. And so I sort of get away with things like that.”

1. That's true even if he does nothing. Fail!

2. He fired her and said what he had to say about her BEFORE she testified. Fail!
