100 million? You only sue a individual or family for that amount to make headlines. This guy has some real issues, I’m surprised he has not been in a another shooting in Florida. I would not be surprised if he ends up in another Stand Your Ground where he ends up dead. You have to take him as a threat if you run into him, he’s proven he will instigate a situation then shoot when he gets scarred.

The lawsuit includes the family, a publishing firm and a law enforcement agency.

Sometimes you have to include everyone involved.

No. It's a statement of fact. The HOA would not pay out without a trial. That's. A. Fact.

Really read up on the timeline of events from when the police were first on scene and the weeks following. Look at ... here it comes again ... facts. Facts have nothing to do with what you would or would not do. Because they are ... facts.

"The Polk County Circuit Court suit cites information in a documentary about the case titled “The Trayvon Hoax” that accuses the Martin family of engineering false testimony, and the director has scheduled a press conference this week...."

that director is joel gilbert, a notorious hack whose documentaries are easily debunked with the simplest of research. films have included elvis being alive, birtherism and his "death bed confession" documentary of george harrison, claiming paul mccartney was dead, was so obviously fake that gilbert switched from marketing it as an authentic legit documentary to a "mockumentary"...... without changing any of the content!
