Sixteen-year-old Swedish activist Greta Thunberg has encouraged students to skip school to demand action on climate change from their governments.

One of her fellow activists, 14-year-old Alexandria Villaseñor, sits outside the United Nations headquarters in Manhattan on Fridays.

Villaseñor said she has been harassed on social media and received death threats from climate deniers. But that has not stopped her.

Perhaps she would generate a little more respect if she at least finished a high school education prior to claiming herself an expert on climate science. But in today's world, that's hardly a thing.

While I commend these teens for be environmentally active/conscious, how they go about it and what they say about it can be concerning. Criticize them? Sure, depending on how you do it but death threats and the like are a big no-no!

Article mentions she was photographed with Leonardo and gave a speech in front of Al Gore. She would have gotten my respect had she admonished them for their hypocrisy.
