This is no laughing matter. You might take all this talk of impeaching your inept leader lightly; but even if the man child is not tossed out on his ear; holding him accountable is very necessary. Otherwise, it makes the congress (elected by the people of the US) look like blithering idiots, saying "Oh, that's just Donnie, being Donnie."
Would you have ANY president and commander in chief running around the country and the world, acting like a drunken uncle? Just because he has you under some sort of spell, does not make it right!!!!!

Yes, I knew that. It's been discussed in these impeachment/subpoena threads before. I know that haven't actually done it for over 80 years.
Can Congress arrest the President for not responding to a subpoena? Almost certainly not. Could they arrest/detain Pompeo, Mulvaney and crew? Possibly.
Give me a break. Let's say an individual walks into a local police station and say's there's crack house on the corner and it's really bad. So the cops raid the crack house and find out everything the witness said is true. Do you think that person is obligated to do anything else? A crime is a crime is a crime. It doesn't matter who reported it if it's true. The witness has no other exposure after reporting the violation.
Your stance seems to be an effort to cling to desperate arguments that have no rational basis on the obvious facts. There is no reason for the witness to appear when the statements made were all found to be true and credible.
The reality is , there was no crack house.. just an assumption there was a crack house. that is the real truth.. no crime, just an assumption.
He doesn't have to commit a crime to be impeached. He just has to abuse the power of his office according to Constitutional standards. He's done that in spades. It's obvious to the world. You as a member of his devoted relish the fact that he's sticking it to the world. The rest of us do not.
The democrats think abuse of power was Trump getting elected.. that is their take on abuse of power.
