Yes, I knew that. It's been discussed in these impeachment/subpoena threads before. I know that haven't actually done it for over 80 years.

Can Congress arrest the President for not responding to a subpoena? Almost certainly not. Could they arrest/detain Pompeo, Mulvaney and crew? Possibly.

Your stance seems to be an effort to cling to desperate arguments that have no rational basis on the obvious facts. There is no reason for the witness to appear when the statements made were all found to be true and credible.
The reality is , there was no crack house.. just an assumption there was a crack house. that is the real truth.. no crime, just an assumption.
