Your so obsessed with hating Trump, you'll completely overlook and forgive this man whose actions directly led to an unnecessary war of choice that got 100s of 1000s killed, millions displaced, and which brought the rise of ISIS. You speak of "ideology"yet here you are screaming it. What about Powell lying to the entire world, at the UN about those WMDs that didn't exist. The lie that started the Gulf War?

Are you so blinded by Trump that you'll give this man completely exoneration?
No, I actually think Powell's reputation was forever tarnished by pedaling Cheney's lies. Whether he knew they were lies or not is questionable.

Doesn't change the fact that people like you will support their cult like figure because they need something to believe in, even if it is a grifter and con man.

What have Republicans done that is immoral? Sent guns illegally to Mexican Cartels? Destroy healthcare in America and greatly raise most people's costs? Tell us we didn't build that? Let in illegal aliens and Muslim refugees by the millions? Attempt to manipulate the market and raise energy prices? Give money to cronies like Solyndra that failed?

So what exactly?

That is but one reason we need Term Limits on every political office including the Supreme Court. Some of these politicians have feathered their own nests for too long.

The GOP loathes Trump. They are scared of losing their seats and jobs. Prime example: Graham and Cruz.

I had no idea Glen Beck use to be a Never Trumper too. They've sold their souls to the devil to keep their money and power. No moral compass. Learn something new every day.

Quote:
After railing against President Donald Trump throughout his campaign and the beginning of his presidency as a staunch "Never Trumper," Beck announced his change of heart about Trump in May by donning a red "Make America Great Again" hat and promising, "I'll vote for Trump," during the president's 2020 re-election bid. Beck said he came to his decision after hearing reports on Trump's description of immigrants as animals in a televised cabinet meeting and that Trump was just calling "MS-13 gang members — they left that out of the story — animals and they were spinning it as if he was saying that about all immigrants."

Glenn Beck’s Regrets
His paranoid style paved the road for Trumpism. Now he fears what’s been unleashed.

Quote:
Among big-time national conservative talk-show hosts, Beck—who is tied with Levin for the third-largest listenership after Limbaugh and Hannity—was a rare exception. He didn’t just oppose Trump. He compared him to Hitler. He warned that Trump was a possible “extinction-level event” for American democracy and capitalism. In an attempt to defeat Trump, Beck campaigned during the primaries for Ted Cruz. Then, when Cruz endorsed Trump, Beck apologized for having supported him.
One longtime sponsor of Beck’s radio show reportedly tried to pull its ads in protest. In May, SiriusXM briefly suspended Beck for implying that if Congress wouldn’t stop a President Trump, Americans might have to do so by force. Nonetheless, Beck held firm in his opposition. He considered voting for Hillary Clinton, but ultimately went for the independent candidate Evan McMullin. Why?

B,S. The whole party was behind it. Besides, you voted for Romney, McCain, both Bushes and so on. Every establishment Repub that was a general election Presidential candidate, you voted for him.

So don’t pretend to be some rebel now. If Powell had been the Republican candidate at any point, you would have voted for him. So stop it.

But in this case, a claim is made that our foreign policy is in a shambles - but he never explains the conditions that lead it to be a shambles. I am just looking at what's out there - and I explained it yesterday.

This is what I am seeing. I don't see any major wars. I don't see any crises. I see global elites affected with severe TDS. I hear in the impeachment testimony that people like Vindman and Yanakovich are mad because Trump is not listening to them.

I am not seeing all of these problems out there. I don't see that Trump's foreign policy has resulted in the world being in a shambles.

Please tell me why I should listen to Powell on this.

This TDS stuff has no merit or value just ALTERNATIVE FACTS an attempt to gloss over any rotten stuff trump does.

As for President Trump, he may not have served in the military but is doing an excellent job as it's commander in chief.

I doubt his generals will agree with you.
