Stop believing anything and everything provided to you by the anti-Trump / Republican media. They are bias and make up their own fictional reality.

Trump's lawyers actually argued in court that the laws didn't apply to him.

Threatening to blow up cultural sites is against international law.

Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia wasn't played nor triggered when she ruled against him.

“Presidents are not kings.â€

“Stated simply, the primary takeaway from the past 250 years of recorded American history is that Presidents are not kings. This means that they do not have subjects, bound by loyalty or blood, whose destiny they are entitled to control. Rather, in this land of liberty, it is indisputable that current and former employees of the White House work for the People of the United States, and that they take an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. Moreover, as citizens of the United States, current and former senior-level presidential aides have constitutional rights, including the right to free speech, and they retain these rights even after they have transitioned back into private life.â€

https://www.law.com/nationallawjourn...cgahn-opinion/

She even referenced George Orwell's Animal Farm:

“Meanwhile, says DOJ, the President has the authority to make unilateral determinations regarding whether he and his senior-level aides (both current and former) will respond to, or defy, the subpoenas that authorized House committees issue during constitutionally authorized investigations of potential wrongdoing within his administration.â€

Footnote: “For a similar vantagepoint, see the circumstances described by George Orwell in the acclaimed book Animal Farm. (‘All animals are equal but some animals are more equal than others.’)â€

Cite it. Show me anywhere in international law that says this. Don't link to someone's else's declarations about it. Show the raw text.

Notice how he has them talking about WHAT he will strike not IF he will strike? If he had said that we have targeted 52 Iranian military sites, liberals would have been saying he is all talk and just bluffing.

I think she should do it. McConnell does not want a fair trial presumably because he knows Bolton will sink Trump. If Trump is not guilty he should welcome an open fair trail not a whitewash.
Let her sit on them. That means nothing, other than charges have been filed. If those charges are not presented in a trial, then nothing happens and the status quo is maintained. Either way, Trump is still the President.

This IM-POTUS has repeatedly lost every case in the lower courts. & still has no legitimate legal arguments or a valid defense strategy.

The two previous impeachment proceedings has witnesses & testamentary documents. Apparently, his "plan" is a mockery.
