It's incredibly depressing. It's been getting darker and darker, colder and colder lately. In my area the average high has dropped from the mid-80's as recently as about four and a half months ago to around 40° now. It it keeps dropping 10° a month we are doomed.

IPCC (International Panel on Climate Change), please help!

Dear Mr jbgusa:

‘Tis the season to be jolly. Don’t worry, be happy! Many people become gloomy around the time of the winter solstice. All those short, dark days. And all that cold, just like you noted. However if you look at the big picture, we are fairly confident that you will Begin to feel much happier. In 50 years (give or take) people will love the short, cooler days that the solstice brings to the northern hemisphere. The highs will drop from the 120 F that will be all too common in July in places like NYC and drop to a downright temperate 90 - 95 degrees. What a relief! Everybody will be hoping that the IPCC’s ongoing research into permanently changing the tilt of the earth’s axis AWAY from the sun will give us the solution to breaking the laws of thermodynamics at long last.

But we can’t do it alone. We need the support of you and other concerned Americans just like you. Please send your check or money order to the IPCC c/o Colorado Rambler. Together, we can change both science and the entire planet while making the winter solstice of the future both merry and bright.

Thank you for your interest in our organization and we hope to hear from you again soon!

Love,
The IPCC

I repped you but what's a solstice? With a 79 IQ I don't know that stuff.
