No.

But some people do buy their pardons.

Not sure what can be done about it, pardoning is an age-old executive prerogative. And sometimes a pardon really is the best way to redress an injustice, especially iF the person being pardoned has little time left on earth.

No.
No person should ever be allowed to buy a pardon. It's a rare prerogative that only a few possess, and mercy should never have a price tag on it.

Surely a scurrious character like Trump thinks pardons should be bought when you need one. Maybe he has already made a deal for one with pence just in case.

TRANSLATION: I hate President Trump SOOO much, that I'll engage in mindreading to invent something he supposedly "thinks", and blast him for that.

And I may as well do it twice while I'm at it. It's just as valid (actually bogus) as it was the first time.

It isn't the pardons that are the problem, it's the paper.... Ban paper! Then nobody can be pardoned anymore.... Just becareful of the National Paper Company, they are evil people....

You mean the billionaire that was on the FBI ten most wanted list and whose ex-wife helped funnel many many millions to the Clintons and the DNC prior to the pardon and before giving up her citizenship to move to a low tax European nation to save tens of millions in income tax?

That Marc Rich?

To quote Bill Clinton on that pardon, "That tarnished my legacy." Props to Bill for admitting it.

Rich never spent a day in jail.
