I would be more interested in a thread discussing mental and ideological foundations of the rightwing denial of science and common sense. Some of the causes are plainly obvious like western social control mechanics is almost entirely rooted in the promise of unlimited consumption and moving up the parasitic ladder. The proles are willing to stand neck deep in crap and burn for a tiny minuscule chance they'll capitalize on it. Fear is important too. People are disjointed and suspicious of each other. It is not surprising since they are in a race to move up and consume. It is natural to attempt to protect yourself with junk and account$ no matter the long term costs.

Telling a rightwinger about global worming is akin taking a candy from a child. Their entire worldview, centered around unrestricted exploitation of the great outside and each other, crumbles. Sorry, there is a greater authority on the climate than the babble you hear on talk radio etc., it's called reality of the natural causes and effects human locust messes with.

So fix it, Einstein. What's your solution?

The Earth's climate has been changing since the Earth was first formed, and will continue to change until it is ultimately destroyed.

The only people who even come close to denying that the Earth's climate is changing are the AGW alarmists, who appear to believe that a static climate is somehow normal, achievable and sustainable.

It isn’t.

LOL.. Well, if they're still around when the earth is baked to a crisp by the sun and becomes hell, they might still claim it was caused by global warming!
