They are being treated, although they did not suffer any injuries? Why play word games? They are being treated because they suffered injuries.

There are no word games being played by anyone in thread except for you. To put this is perspective, anyone thought to possibly have a concussion in a auto accident is taken to the hospital to check them and possibly be placed on watch. Most are sent home within 23 hours and told what symptoms to watch for just in case.
"Low level", according to who? Three of the injured were not medevaced to Germany, so they might have been low level, but the rest were deemed serious enough to be evacuated.

Well, 11 Americans were harmed, no matter how much you feel the urge to defend the lies of your leader.
Who knows why he lied. Maybe he wanted to downplay it in order to find a way out of the mess he created. If he had admitted the Iranians harmed Americans, then there he might have felt pressured to retaliate. Remember how outraged he was when Iranians made American sailors kneel (not harmed, just kneel).
Exactly my thought: Mr. Trump actually showed some good sense in not wanting to have to respond militarily, as his bellicose remarks had drawn a 'red line' in the sand (injure or kill any Americans, and we will punch back ten times harder, etc). Back channel communications with Iran also probably indicated that the tit for tat had been achieved, and so both parties may save face.
So, in this instance, I think delaying release of the injuries probably saved lives, on both sides.

Germany is the center for everything. It's more efficient to have one location than to have duplicate locations to do the same thing in every country. Nearly everything I request from AAFES that is not available in the US comes through Germany.
