State laws do not apply to Federal land - National Parks, National Forests, National Monuments and BLM land unless the Feds ceded jurisdiction to the state.

Many are starting to wake up finally! To the OP, if elected again, Trump will never be known as an environmental President. You want the environment protected, vote blue.

The GOP's corporate owners demand it.

Environmental disasters don't just stick within state boundaries. Chernobyl, oil spills, non man made environmental disasters like earthquakes, wildfires, etc.

I vote for a few Democrats, Trump won because of disaffected Democrats. The Democrats support of illegal and even legal immigration, demographic change, etc. makes me sick. They want to fundamentally change our nation into a non white liberal freakshow and I am not with it. I probably would feel more comfortable with something like the European right wing parties and multiparty coalition politics.

The Democrats are dead to me, like many white males I am not voting Democrat anymore. America desperately needs a multiparty system

Yeah, good luck with that. Trump and conservatives don't believe in the premise that there's any aspect of the environment that needs any safeguarding.

The geriatric base that supports Trump thinks that just as long as the environment doesn't fully collapse in their remaining years, they will be fine with whatever happens to everyone else in the time following.

Trump doesn't even know what the environment is. He's never been there. To him it's a climate controlled gold plated bathroom. Really!

He has already made certain that our land, water and air will be more poisoned than it would be. There is virtually nothing he could do which would mitigate the harm already done, let alone lead in the right direction.

This is equiv. to asking Trump to kiss the feet of the homeless. It's not gonna happen. Not who he is...and not who pays him.

Surely you know that one of the richest person in the world, george soros, funds billions for the DEMs.
