Protection from what? Unlike the US Canada doesn't run around the world starting wars.... Since 1776 the U.S. has only been at peace for less than 20 years total since its birth.
but but but, you have to wait 47 years to see a doctor and you pay 197% of your income in taxes!
But why do Canadians pay less in health care taxes than us?
Did you know that the average American pays over $5000 per person per year in health care taxes (Medicare, Medicaid, VA etc), on top of the insurance/private outlays?
Most of these "best countries" have a very low black percentage and the worst countries often are almost always black. These ratings are racist. The USA's black % is higher than any of the countries ranked above us. Canada has a lower black % so they rank higher in these type of rankings.
America's MILITARY PROTECTS THEM for almost nothing!
