Its a fool's errand to expect perfection from a politician or the gov. but there is no harm in striving for it !!!
Where is the striving? If we raise the fed funds rate or start trying to balance the budget....this miracle economy would come crashing down.

But the debt just keeps getting larger. You can't claim you are doing a great job when all you are essentially doing is printing more money. That should always have a stimulus impact on the economy.
Right now we are getting the benefits before we are paying the cost for profligate economic behavior. Its a magicians trick.

No one will fix it because it is political suicide for the party that does. All I am saying that Trump is not doing anything different of substance. In my opinion Trump just ushered in the post black president boost. The nation is simply excited again at seeing the president look like they have always looked.
