Completely agree. The idea that Barr - an acolyte who worships an extreme view of the unitary Executive - is going to publicly rebuke the President is laughable on its face. Anyone who buys this act is just Trump’s mark.

So long as his downfall occurs after 12-31-24, I'm fine with that.

Its one thing if you have 1-3 disgruntled rats.. But if you have 15 people saying the exact same things.. Its probably true. Especially since HE hired them to be part of his administration

I hope they do this... about a week or two before the election in November

Yeah that's it, show tRump the same respect tRump shows daily through his stupid, idiotic tweets. Talk about being too childish. You couldn't even guess how many times this clown criticized people through the media and tweets. One should think of the hypocrisy of their supportive posts.

The guy is impervious to reason.

Actually, I think Trump has been listening very closely to Barr. Barr is a major proponent of the unitary executive.

I wonder whether Barr is rethinking that position right about now...

Why did you choose that date?

No worries. Trump and Barr have this thing orchestrated to give people the idea that Barr is making his own decisions. We all know better...

Oh boy -- some people so easily played.

This was all orchestrated to try and make Barr seem like he has some integrity in his job and Trump can still seem to be the number one guy in charge...or some kind of funky scenario.
That's what CNN told you, so that must make it true? Really?
I literally heard a CNN panelist say that yesterday.
Its nice and neat, but its complete speculation and conspiracy theory dependent on Barr keeping his job.
What will you say if Barr resigns?

I say when let Trump keep running his mouth at some point someone like Barr is going to fire back and Trump will go down in flames.

President Trump on Friday asserted he has the “legal right” to order Attorney General Bill Barr to do anything he wants in criminal cases handled by the Justice Department — a day after the nation’s top law enforcement officer criticized the commander-in-chief’s tweets.

“‘The President has never asked me to do anything in a criminal case.’ A.G. Barr,” the president said in a tweet, quoting what Barr told ABC News in an exclusive interview Thursday.

“This doesn’t mean that I do not have, as President, the legal right to do so, I do, but I have so far chosen not to!” Trump added.
