Obama was even worse. Want to criticize him too?

Using the "acting" label to appoint people that even his lapdog Senate won't confirm. Loverly.

Trump Taps Richard Grenell as Acting Intelligence Head

President Trump announced Wednesday that he is recalling the U.S. ambassador to Germany, Richard Grenell, to name him the acting director of national intelligence, confirming a New York Times report.

...
Grenell, an outspoken Trump ally, will replace Joseph Maguire, who took over as acting DNI after Dan Coats, the former Republican senator from Indiana, resigned in August. Maguire is required to give up the role before March 12, after which the president can appoint any Senate-confirmed official to head the U.S. intelligence agencies.

Grenell will only be able to serve three months as acting director, but does not have to be confirmed by the Senate for the temporary role, having already been confirmed as ambassador. It’s unclear if Trump would move to nominate him for the official role, which would require another confirmation process.
Grenell is openly gay. See Trump loves “ the gays”.

That sounded pretty homophobic on your part. What do you have against them?

Trump said 20 years ago that if he were president, that sexual orientation didn't matter to him. Certainly unlike the last 2 democrats nominated to be President.

Thing is, gay people are people too. And some of them are losers. Not because they're gay, but because they're people.

Loyalty first, experience not required. Trump is putting someone in place that will provide cover for foreign influence. It’s not complicated.

Yep. Trump certainly is transparent when it comes to filling important positions. Unwavering loyalty is much more important to Donald than qualifications.

If any of these sycophants betray the country, I will forever refer to flyover country as the commode for electing him. I think several of these loyalty first no confirmation and no security clearance needed staff are a danger to the country.
