Well, he is certainly accused of doing many illegal things. Only some of which are on trial here. Did he actually do them? That's for the jury to decide based on the evidence they were presented.

If he's found innocent. In a few days, you will see him walking fine without that walker. Celebrities love to show up on court day with some kind of an injury. With a cast on, a walker, a neck brace, even in a wheelchair. Thats a lawyers ploy to get sympathy from a jury. Remember that mob guy on trial. Would show up to court in his pajamas trying for the crazy plea.
