Rep. James Clyburn is the House Majority Whip, which is the highest position of power the “diversity democrats” will give a black man. He went on Fox Business News to bull**** the incredible Trump economy.

No, because it’s not true,” replied Clyburn.

“I’m saying that the African-American unemployment is not the lowest it’s ever been unless you count slavery. We were fully employed during slavery. So it all depends how you measure this up,” said Clyburn.
I get where he’s coming from. He’s a democrat and slavery was the last time democrats got black people working. Of course he’s going to defend his party’s last policy success. Sad to see, isn't it?

as to Clyburn's comment, I don't understand how he can deny the economic success of black citizens during the last three years, including low employment and greater wealth accumulation.
Wow. Democrats are so desperate to hide the fact that blacks are at the lowest unemployment rate EVER (under Trump) that one of them (and a black man, yet) has to downplay that by saying they were more fully "employed" (??) under slavery. Now I've heard everything.
