The stock market is crashing this morning as the corona virus has broken containment and is spreading like a grass fire around the globe. Soon, it will be in the US. In S Korea, the government has declared an emergency so that they can restrict people's freedom of movment. Will Trump do the same in the US, so that he can cancel the elections and install a totalitarian government? He has abused his emergency powers several times already for things like border walls and tariffs, so there is precedent.
Trump is a germaphobe who has been strangely pretty quiet about all this. And he doesn't listen to experts cause well he believes he knows more than anyone. So no telling what he will do. I wish we had any other President right now.

Why would Trump declare martial law over a virus that is not as wide spread as the flu virus that has actually killed more people this year?
Do you really think that Trump will declare martial law to postpone the election? Trump is actually winning right now according to some polls and even some of the Democrat candidates as well. Mayo Pete and Mini Mike have both acknowledged after the mess of the first 2 debates that Trump won them.
Here is a thought that will blow liberal minds, what if the wall that Trump wanted to build but was denied held back a mob of corona virus infected people from entering the US and making us all sick?
If the corona virus really takes hold and scores of people start dying then maybe Trump will have to look at drastic ways to stop its spread but declaring martial law so he can cancel the election or install himself as king? That is crazy talk.
