Like Russia, Russia, Russia, Stormy, Impeach, Impeach, Impeach this is another Democrat/Media cabal to push the panic button to again try to derail Trump. It won't work. The other lies and hoaxes did not, and neither will this. People are not dying in the streets, and there is too much emotion in the financial markets right now as usual.

As of this post, Dow Jones futures are down about 1200 points. Apparently the financial sector thinks this virus is bad news, or do you believe they are part of the "leftist" conspiracy as well?

Have you seen the PMI number out of China? 35. Anything below 50 is contraction. That's an enormous red flag that trouble is not too far off, or perhaps is already on the doorstep.

The entire global economy appears to be deflating. If a silly minor virus was capable of doing all this damage, than I guess the global economy was never that strong to begin with, and we better work to shore up our loose ends here in America. Thankfully, Trump has been giving corporations the rally cry for several years that it's time to reshore US manufacturing. Hope they followed his wisdom and proven good advice.

That's their problem. Everyone knows the risk they take when they sign up for those kind of jobs.

As they've been saying to manufacturing / auto workers and the suppliers who've been taking it up the ass since the 1970s while Texas especially has been living well off the hog on unsustainably high oil prices (thanks OPEC!!!), I suggest they seek out reeducation for a new field.

(Ok, I'm going to my corner now...)
I totally agree with you. Something that involves an actual skill.

Ok, but raising prices through the roof doesn't hurt anyone?

I've already refuted your logic concerning "rates." You must have read that book about how to lie with statistics. FLU is much more dangerous, kills in much more greater numbers, and including young, healthy children - and yet never a peep. Colleges don't close, for G-d's sake. (Colleges are liberal and doing their utmost to hype the panic.) In this case, it is being hyped massively to try to blame Trump (every conversation I've had with a liberal includes their comment "it's Trump's fault") because they are in meltdown over their two unelectable candidates. Their only hope is to incite a panic.

It's ALL over emotional bull crap foisted by the left. Just like climate change lies it's all contrived because Orange Man Bad election year and Russia Russia Russia didn't work, Ukraine phone call impeachment didn't work, so now we're all going to DIE from cheap gas and coronas and limes.

So sick of the HYPE over EVERYTHING!

It's an overreaction because the market is largely driven by emotion. And it isn't being helped by the media hyping the panic.
