Let them all fail!

So when business was good, companies like American Airlines were buying back their stock and rewarding their CEOs, stock holders and board members. Now that business is bad, instead of them selling their stocks they want we the people to borrow against our future and give it to these same fat cats.

No money for those who are uninsured without medical coverage but plenty of money for banks to loan to companies with no fear of reprisal. Unlimited money for forgivable loans to corporations that need to close for a few weeks but no money for those that lost a paycheck. Something seriously wrong here. I say we LET THESE COMPANIES FAIL, they never shared with me their profits I will be damned if they take my tax money and cause hyper inflation over bailing them out! Someone will buy them at pennies on the dollar and rebuild and make them better than before. Corporations need to accept risk if they are going to accept profits!

I notice that Marriott Courtyard still charges $400/night at Carolina Beach. We need to tell hotels and Airlines and Cruislines to go pound sand after-all they are part of the problem not the solution.

Bailouts has no place in Capitalism.

PC politics. This is a national emergency. Step up and MANDATE social distancing, isolation.
"guidelines" and "suggesting" or "ordering with no enforcement" isn't working.

The crowds of spring breakers on the Florida beaches are the perfect example.
And we expand the prison population which is being looked at the pool of getting everyone sick...

I kind of feel your sentiment here. During all the "fat" times, they are providing huge bonuses. Maybe they should save up or insure for a "rainy day" which is here. But no, we will socialistically bail them out. A citizen will not get that kind of treatment.

All three cable news outlets continue to give Cuomo an hour + every day to report on the situation in NY state.

Today, Cuomo is mandating no non- essential businesses can have more than 50% of workforce reporting for duty outside home.

He seems somewhat confident they can create the beds, necessary. Trump is going to dispatch a Navy Ship to NY harbor to help handle some of the overflow. There is a global shortage of ventilators.
