Is there a point that a president is recognized as not taking appropriate actions during an emergency, and Congress can oust him and put someone in charge who will? I mean this issue is not some trade deal or something, this is real life, something impacting everyone in a big way.
I don't think so but I doubt that Congress would remove him since Congress wouldn't do their duty in January. Republicans in Washington are so corrupt it isn't funny.
Biden is not a delusional narcissist. He would be able to recognize that he doesn't know it all, needs to put a "czar" in charge, step aside, and let the experts handle this (and other crises that might emerge).
And he'd have told the reporter he was full of s**t and threatened to slap him. Biden can't handle even a little pressure, let alone a crisis.

You do know that he only limited flights to Chinese people and not to Americans that were in China--as if Americans couldn't possibly contract the virus. I'd say his flight limiting did little to control any sort of spread as he was letting infected Americans back in. Is that racist or ignorant? Ignorant to think only Chinese people had the virus.

Well, the restrictions did only apply to the Chinese and not the Americans. Because you know, Americans couldn't spread it, only those dastardly Chinese could. I mean, why else would he limit the restrictions like that? What good did they do as they were?

He was called a racist for the limited action he did then. Imagine if he halted all flights ?
The American people have to be eased into Martial Law with no/restricted movement.
