Get rid of all the giveaways to corporations, nix the slush fund of $500 billion, add in hazard pay for our frontline workers like grocery and gas station workers who are probably working for minimum wage as they put their lives on the line for their fellow Americans, and make every day American citizens the main focus of the bill, and it will pass.

See how easy that was?

The GOP is going to have to relent because their numbers are dwindling in the Senate and there many not be a quorum soon. Or will they let America crash and burn if they can't get their corporate perks and access to a slush fund to spend on their corporate cronies? The ball is in their court now.

You heard wrong. The Republicans tried to attach the Hyde Amendment. The Democrats shot it down. It has no place in this stimulus bill, but it didn't stop the GOP from trying.

So "Democrats" don't have a problem with those provisions - they negotiated them.

Nancy Pelosi and left wing lunatics who are playing politics with American lives and livelihoods have a problem with those provisions. I see you have a problem with them and I'm not even a bit surprised to see you following the far left leadership of the anti-American Democrat Party.
Is this the same bill ? If so, it looks like they wrote it. Now they are against it ?

Let Democrats own their refusal to help the American public. It'll ensure they won't be able to be in the way after the election.

The #RESIST types will be the end of them.

That was 10 days ago, before it went to the Senate and they added in all their corporate bailout crap and a $500 billion slush fund for them to spend as they please.

Try to keep up.

Well corporations don't get "giveaways". They use the Tax Code to legally minimize taxes, or get tax incentives in order to create jobs, locate plants, etc. Any "tax break" a corporation gets can lower there expenses to make their products less costly to the consumer. Many corps have very low margins, especially those like the evil Oil Companies y'all like to demonize. Companies must maintain the margin that their stockholders (owners) expect. Nothing more.

So, it's not as easy as you think Missy.

Yeah, just the Republicans are doing it. A Gore must have worked a lot of overtime to buy that 737 jet, and Obama...how much ws that home in Martha's Vinyard? How much was he making as President?

How much did Apple pay Al Gore to hook them up in China to offshore all the iphone assembly?

Is Hunter Biden still getting that $83,000/month from Burisma?

Yeah, those dirty Republicans.
