We had a good thing going in America in the 1960s and 1970s: trade surplus for most of it, a strong manufacturing economy, strong mining economy, strong agriculture economy with excellent, healthy produce at a fair price.

The finance economy existed then but was a small part of the economy, now the economy is based on the printing press and debt and monetized which is bought by the "federal reserve".

Health care was affordable because Americans had a sense of community and were much healthier.

It is becoming unrecognizable, they aren't even trying to hide their corruption. Much of the fake news out there is trying to play into this hysteria to cause desperation so they can have bigger and bigger corporate bailouts in the name of saving industries that were in trouble before from all the cheap debt they got into.

Lol...I’m a liberal. The stimulus would’ve been higher if left to me. It’s HOW it’s gonna be implemented that’s my issue.

That’s why I know you guys will be cranking up the Tea Party to oppose Trump, right?

I've always opposed Trump. You just refuse to see it because anyone who isn't all "rah rah" for your team must be a Trump supporter.

Pelosi delays her coronavirus bill, says will try to pass Senate's without most members present

No way she was going to win that battle, so she punted.

Pretty much. It's just a shame that there had to be any battle at all.

I know that they feel they must do something. I hope it's not going to be a disaster in disguise. We'll see how it goes I guess.
