Of course parents who are US citizens are eligible for public assistance Auntie Z applied for asylum and it was ultimately granted.
Not until she had received public assistance benefits for years, and also not until after Obama was elected POTUS. She should have been deported, not put on the dole at US taxpayers' expense.
I have seen you post that a dozen times and guess what? We still have birthright citizenship, so I guess not too many people agree with you, huh?
That's why more Constitutionalists need to be appointed to SCOTUS. The US is a Constitutional Republic. SCOTUS justices need to actually act and rule so.

This is really for another thread. For the purpose of this thread, under law, they are American Citizens and that's all that matters in terms of their qualification.

Who cares? Obama didn't keep her from being deported geezus he wasn't holding any political office when she arrived here from Kenya. If she got benefits she got them illegally, maybe your time would be better spent trying to figure out if she can still be charged with those offenses post mortem - she died in 2014

What law? I posted a link to US Nationality law. It says nothing about the children of illegal aliens who are actually subject to their parents' country's jurisdiction being US citizens. Jus Sanguinis.

They are citizens so suck it up. I don't like the birthright citizenship policy I think it's absurd but I don't think it's useful to call children who have full citizenship rights "anchor babies".
Including anchor babies, detain, confine, deport and build the wall to keep the illegal criminals out.
