yes it is nation wide, but it has been happening in New York at a large margin (and it goes back to the 80's-90's)
Getting access to a hospital hasn’t been a problem in NYC but it sure is in rural areas, driving over a hundred miles to deliver a baby or get emergency care is a problem in places like Kansas. What are their options in these rural areas with the pandemic.
So if Texas closed its hospitals they get a pass because they support Trump, kind of weird Trumpian logic since they closed more hospitals than NY.
actually NY has closed more hospitals since 1965 that any other state over 70 hospitals in Manhattan no longer exist... and that is just New York County... over 90 have closed in Brooklyn since 1965, (Kings County)
