The auto industry is highly dependent on China. Since they do so much business with them, maybe that has something to do with it? A lot of people travel over there for work. I was surprised to learn how many of my fellow factory workers have actually traveled over there for work in the past.

Maybe Michigan is testing faster than other states. Other states might have the same rate of infection, but aren't testing fast enough.

There are no lockdowns, anywhere in the US.
