Because he hasn’t had anything to do with Windows for quite some time now and his charity focuses on education and medical efforts?

Because he is intelligent and a humanitarian who spends his time educating himself on many world problems, including medical, and spends millions helping to improve conditions. Snipe away and show your own character. And by the way, have you invented a better computer that is used in business all across the world?

Wait... you're saying he's a vaccine EXPERT becauase he's "intelligent"? So ANYONE who is smart enough can be a vaccine expert regardless of their educational background? Haha, you can't be serious.

He doesn't claim to be an expert...He doesn't have to be....His foundation hires the experts they need.

Sure, why not? The bulk of all of human knowledge is available online. If you know the basic science and you've read and understood the relevant papers written by experts on the topic, then you are pretty much an expert yourself. There's no magical extra quality you're going to gain from taking university courses on the subject.
