I don’t understand why our late night is 24/7 political, like they cant find anything else to talk about. They aren’t going to change anyone’s political mindset and people don’t want to be fed politics by terrible comedians for their entertainment. It’s no wonder nobody watches it, their format is awful.

Eh, it doesn’t matter... Trumpie is always just threatened by anyone who doesn’t laud over him. If Colbert would have otherwise kissed his ass, T. would have said the opposite! Surely, the talented Mr. Colbert does not give a ___ about whatever he thinks.

One of the few times I agree with Trump. Carson was hilarious. Colbert just ...sucks. He reminds me of a geeky history teacher trying way too hard to be funny.

And even dead, he's STILL funnier and more entertaining than Colbert.

I don't even like Trump, but I stopped tuning in because that is all they talk about in the opening monologue. There are other things to make fun of! At least James Corden MOVES ON to other funny things. I used to love Colbert, but he doesn't.

The trouble is, trump and company, have too much material for SNL and the late night hosts. If you watch the old Carson, tonight show, he talked about Carter and others; this is always the way it has been.

Trump can sure dish it out, but but he can't take it. Anyway, right now, he should be kind of soothing the American people, not worrying about his ego. Well, here we are. Here's Donnie!!

All politics aside, if that's what Trump said, I agree with his assessment. Colbert can't hold a candle to Carson, and will never even come close.

Not sure what point Trump is trying to make. Carson was the king of late night. I don't know if any of Leno, Letterman, Colbert, Kimmel, Conan, etc would ever claim for a moment to be superior to Carson. He's also dead. I guess that means late night television should have simply stopped because Carson is dead.

Should we stop producing and listening to music because Elvis, Cobain, Hendrix, Joplin, Morrison, Jackson, etc died?

I'm sure some people might say "Reagan was so much better than Trump." And.... ? Reagan is dead. What's would be the point?
