And this is why there should be some kind of term limits on Supreme Court justices. Justice Ginsburg is an 87-year-old woman and she has been increasingly showing the deleterious effects of aging. I don't see how she can perform the duties of her position. She should step down.
That said, I wish her a full and speedy recovery. And then I wish for her a nice long, quiet, peaceful retirement.
Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was hospitalized with an infection caused by a gallstone, the court announced Tuesday, adding that she's expected to remain in the hospital for a "day or two."
Ginsburg, 87, underwent non-surgical treatment for acute cholecystitis, a benign gallbladder condition, at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore on Tuesday.
She can facetime the Court and use technology to communicate as she devolves into a quivering blob.
This could be a strategy to delay her replacement from being confirmed. Amiright?

This would require an amendment to the constitution. You know that right?
It sounds like she passed a gallstone---a very painful thing to have happen but she should recover quickly.
She originally said she was going to retire when Hillary was president. That didn't happen and now she's trying to hang in there in hopes of Biden winning...
