Karen's aren't snitches. You obviously don't know what a Karen is. A Karen is a meme for a white middle-aged woman, typically American, who displays aggressive behavior when she is obstructed from getting her way. Typically Karen's are anti-vax as well.

Apparently it came from a reddit where a man was ragging on his ex-wife named Karen. Then it the subreddit became a mock of soccer moms with an attitude. I didn't really hear it until CovidKaren and the whole Karen is the white woman n-word editorial...

Well no; Karen doent have specific loyalty to an ideology, and thanks to the emasculation/feminization of the american male, nor are all Karens female.
Karen may have children or be childless, but regardless Karen views her/him self as a supermom put on the planet to make sure no one suffers harm. When Karen is unable smother what he/she views as abhorrent behaviours through social media campaigns or good ole screeching and in your face finger waging, Karen will happily call on the "authorities" in hopes they will use brute force to save the day (and society at large). In the old days this was known as "wait until your father gets home"

Most likely the Karen memes came about because the first Karen meme creator had listened to "The Friend That Nobody Likes", a standup comedy routine by Dane Cook, recorded in 2005. It's about anyone who is considered to be a douchebag, no matter their gender or color, Karen was just used as an "example".

Also the "Lady I Don't Work Here" Karens (who accost, slap, and claw other customers they mistake for employees). Usually depicted with assymetrical bleached blonde haircuts, salon tans, designer clothes, and long fake fingernails.

That sounds like someone a lot of people might be jealous of. In my experience they usually get their way - gift certificates, airline miles, and other rewards because complaining and demanding works for them. Mocking them will probably make them worse and they enjoy the attention or don't think it is about them.

To me, a Karen is a busybody of the neighborhood that like to call the cops and TV news reporters on anything they don't like. Like it or not, but the guys who killed the "jogger" in Georgia would be considered Karens as well. And you are right, they can be any race or gender.
