Agree. And the fact that we have leftists on this thread, desperately trying to twist this around and deny how the FBI operatives went after Flynn using coercion and entrapment, tells me just how extreme the TDS is in this country.
So Flynn was released based on technicalities but there is no denying he was guilty of what he did.
Flynn admitted to lying, was fired for lying....none of this is false -- it's all true.
HE's guilty of the crime -- but the process of proving he lied was flawed.
He still lied. Why did he lie?
And yeah -- technicalities are valid reasons for letting guilty people go.
Not sure celebrating that someone who admitted he did wrong as some kind of win is the right approach here.

I am amazed at how many times the Obama administration has gone after people they did not like with legal action. This really needs to be investigated by investigative journalists to expose the full extent of the problem. We need to be able to prevent this from happening in the future.
Put Comey, Mueller, Romney, Rosenstein and a whole pile of other 'Republicans' under oath or give them polygraphs and I'd bet anything they didn't vote for Trump.
I don't understand why you people say this kind of stuff. You KNOW what they are watching. They are watching the spin on CNN and MSNBC, etc. Give them a pass. They are only regurgitating what they are being fed over there.
