The Republican Party was formed to end slavery and has always striven to respect and treat everyone equally regardless of race whilst the Democrats served the interest of the slavers and continues to seek policies of racial division and injustice based on race.

Which party wasn't able to hold on to the Black vote?

GOP failure.

No it doesn't, it doesn't say how frequently organizations drift far off course from the purposes they were originally created for.

Laughable given its first POTUS said: I am not, nor ever have been, in favor of bringing about in any way the social and political equality of the white and black races

Because for too many meager handouts and being spoon fed are more important than taking care of yourself like an able bodied adult would. Selling out to the party of slavery and the Klan. Jim Crow is alive and well today, they just changed tactics.

He wasn't a Jim Crow, slave loving democrat like your filthy disgusting was and still is. Own your partys racist past and present.

The operative word is WAS. The parties changed philosophy’s a while back. The new Republican Party has no place for blacks unless you want to go against your own people. The Republicans like to have a few token blacks to point their fingers to but the Republicans have nothing for most blacks or working whites. They are for the more well heeled white old men. Change is inevitable people. Deal with it.

Understood.
So you are basically saying that "black folk" are incapable of taking care of themselves thus needing a "political" party for them to exist.

I Get it.
