Who will not be surprised when this river of misdeeds leads to Brennan? The Prince of Thieves.

The Supreme court just ruled against using amicus briefs last week. So Judge Sullivan will probably be overruled if Sidney Powell pushes the issue.

Watch for her to possibly file a "Writ of Mandamus" to get that process started.
A (writ of) mandamus is an order from a court to an inferior government official ordering the government official to properly fulfill their official duties or correct an abuse of discretion.

According to the U.S. Attorney Office, "Mandamus is an extraordinary remedy, which should only be used in exceptional circumstances of peculiar emergency or public importance."

It's a done deal.

Sullivan will have to **** in his own toilet not Flynn's. The Judge's humiliation is about to be completed.

i bet the guy does his best to drag Flynn thru the mud then "reluctantly" dismisses.
if not, it will be overturned on appeal. no question about that.

Does anyone think that a president who would allow, or direct his IRS to target his political enemies and suppress an entire political movement against him, would think twice about using the intelligence community to spy on these same individuals?

Of course not.

Glenn Greenwald is a liberal and no slacker when it comes to investigative reporting. The video is very very long but very very in-depth. The article is much shorter.

Perhaps the reason Trump's campaign stood out so much is the fact that No other person that has run for President had a staff members like Flynn, Papadopoulos, and Manafort who all were willing to do near anything for a buck from Foreign Powers.

Most at least get into office before hiring the international crooks, Trump put them in charge of his campaign.
That would be for voters to decide not the President's admin. that was mandated to go out in power of their second term !!!
You don't get to spy on a Presidential campaign b/c you don't like the people in that campaign !!! Not legally !!!
