President Trump have collectively had as many salutes over his tenure and she had when she took over the police department earlier this year.

Such a theatrical cherade in the beginning and she is already doing a terrible job as police commisioner.

Wow, not even in the end of February and it's the middle of a cold winter and already at 60 homicides this year.

With the violence gearing up warly, I wonder if they are going to have a lawless summer.

They were saluting Commisioner Outlaw and she was doing photo-ops all over the town about her grand plans to reduce violence, but it's failing under her lawless leadership.

Interesting, she didn't seem to rush over to the city's 60th homicide of the year to console the victims and reassure public.

Wonder if Philadelphia is going to have a "lawless" summer under Commisioner Danielle Outlaw.

Typical Democrat. All show (and words) but little substance. They felt all good giving her the job because of her identity politics but she clearly is not competent.

To be fair to her( although I have seen some info on her that is less than reassuring), the Philadelphia DA and Mayor are both progressive dumbasses. So she's just one of the three stooges. Philadelphia's downward spiral was set in motion before she got there.

It's not her fault. It is the Mayor, DA, and the Democrats that call it "GUN VIOLENCE" when it is actually repeat FELON violence. Keep Felons in jail, and give them actual jail sentences and don't do PLEA DEALS that let them back on the street with little or no jail time. That will reduce the crime in all big cities.

Well given that the revolving door of the criminal justice system has now been upgraded by Liberal policies to move even faster there will no doubt be repeat offenders upping their crimes and violence.

I think the Liberal policies of practically catch and release of criminals boils down to saving money by clearing out the jails and prisons and not so much their big hearts robbing their brains of common sense.

It costs more to house a criminal in prison then it costs to clean up the mess they make in our society. They don't care about the real victims of crimes since everyone is essential a victim of something.

Maybe when Bloomberg accepts that he is not going to be the 2020 nominee he can go to Philly and lend a hand with a stop and frisk policy.

Are you triggered because a female Police Chief is being saluted?

So Philly got stuck with this Progressive Police Commissioner in early February after a non-public hiring process by ''Mayor'' Jim Kenney, a product and remnant of the old Philly political machine yet trying to earn progressive points by hanging out with Meek Mill and kissing JayZ's you know what.

First policy change Danielle Outlaw made for the Philly PD day 1 ''on the job'' was changing the nail color policy so she could wear her ''colors''. No lie.

I've seen her TedTalk as Portland OR commissioner; the usual progressive-vague theories about ''community policing'' and impressively dropping Sir Robet Peel's name as the standard for this theory applied in 1830s London.

After walking on stage she announces she's ''a female'' (applause from the woke yet 99.5% white Portland audience) and an African-American (more applause). So, qualifications to be Portland's Police Chief were made clear as these white progressive Portlanders sat there taking all this garbage in knowing they're not racists.

In hindsight, we know why Outlaw didn't have a public swearing-in ceremony as Police Commissioner, the first to do this (see also non-public hiring process above).

So, after about early March Outlaw has not been seen; as in not seen at all other than some kind of mask demo on Skype in late March and last week she appeared at an officer killed in the line of duty funeral last week. Other than these two examples, Outlaw has ghosted Philly and its PD. Nothing otherwise.

Outlaw's been Casper the Friendly Police Commissioner for over 2 months. On the job just over 3 months and off the job for just over the last 2 months. Hmm.

Philly's gun violence and homicides had been climbing the past few years.

Philly's homicide count today is 139 and is on track for about 425-430 for the year at today's rate over last year's total of 356, which was an increase over 2018 etc.

Even during this lockdown pandemic the homicides keep piling up and Commissioner Casper is nowhere in sight. Police officers are grumbling about her not being visible.

Why would Philly hire her from a city like Portland? A city she spent 2 years as police chief with all of 36 homicides last year. Apples-to-Oranges city comparisons.

"Mayor'' Kenney was determined to fill the progressive hiring requirements and ID politics qualifications: African-American female.

Don't believe that? Look at Biden's adanced commitment to have a female VP, preferably one of color. No problem if he can find a qualified and experienced one but to commit in advance to have a female is beyong belief.

Philly's heading into summer and this weekend is expected to be the first real warm weather of the year.

Please take Commissioner Casper off Philly's hands Portland, a city that at least knew her name and saw on occassion. At least Portland got a TedTalk from her!

Philly's still waiting for all these progressive police tactics from Police Commissioner Casper, who stated she was determined to end the gun violence. Rule #1: show up.

Perhaps Outlaw needs to add a new principle to Peel's 1830s "9 Principles of Policing'': "Police Commissioners need to Show Up on the Job"...and obviously make it Principle #1 for the 2020s version of Progressive America as it obviously didn't need to a part of any prior job requirement.

Outlaw's collecting about 240K in Philly as a no-show PD Commissioner. Can the citizens of Portland please petition to take her back where she belongs? She's probably good at dealing with the Portland white privileged Antifa crowd but she's out of her league in Philly.

Oh, I didn't realize Philly Commissioner Casper did at least 2 public appearances in over 3 months: swearing in new police cadets and killed in line of duty cop funeral. Her little mask demo on skype in late March doesn't count as a public appearance.

And the original post was over 2 1/2 months ago. Since then, Philly's added another 80 homicides to the then count of 60. Not even a slight decrease, pandemic lockdown and all.

Outlaw's the first Police Commissioner for these new cadets? Not good. First and last time they'll see her...
