Ummm, advocating the overthrowing of a government, be it any government or government official is sure going to get you into hot water even in this country. No 1st, 2nd, 5th, 14th or nth amendment is going to protect you. Remember what happened to Shay's Rebellion? Besides, how are you confident that the other side doesn't have bigger guns than you?
Shays rebellion was over 200 years ago. It was about taxes and it did fail. Shays rebellion has nothing to do with the tyranny occurring in Michigan. Considering the assault upon personal liberties and the infringement of peoples right to support themselves I believe it is justified to consider using force against Michigan’s unconstitutional governor. Overthrowing the state government of Michigan would send a powerful message to all leftists of what will happen if they try to take their plans of socialism and authoritarian government national. A state government has never been overthrown but that does not mean it cannot be. Governor halfwit is working hard to see Michigan become the first one that is overthrown.
