Sorry to say, but the current situation with their healthcare system is the direct result of the "healthcare reform," that has been pushed on them by the US Democrats within the last 5 years.
( I am not saying "US government," because it looks like it were specifically Democrats that were swarming that place,) and American citizen Ulana Suprun ( dubbed as "doctor Death") was and still is in charge of these reforms.
She still keeps on pushing for the "Part II" of these reforms amidst the outbreak, but I suspect that this colonial regime is coming to an end, and Ukraine is heading for default.

From what I saw, that place was swarmed with democrats. It was their (yet another one) "anti-Russia" pet project.

Look into it. Look into Obama and Biden the Clinton's and the US State department. Look into the Viet Nam war and others. The democrats have been behind more war and death than you may think.
