We have not even begun to see the fruits of relaxing our social distancing yet, the next month or so should really show a huge spike in new cases. People in bars and clubs dancing and hugging each other, people out shopping with no masks on, and all those rioters and church goers packed like sardines next to one another will be a field day for this virus.

Yes, it is your bad. Local news stations in my area report on Covid cases every day, and in the Facebook comments section, all of the Trumpists scream that it's fake news, etc. WaPo reports on it every day. It may have been pushed off of the front page due to racism and protests, but it's there if you could be bothered to turn the page.
