The Hells Angels are a West Coast thing.
I'd be really surprised they rolled in on someone else's turf, without an agreement.
The Hells Angels started in California. That’s about the only part of your post that is correct. It’s a worldwide organization that has chapters in 29 countries and multiple chapters in the USA. There is a chapter in Minneapolis.
It would be like a post apocalyptic movie. The police, Sherif , state police and national guard are all dead and a bunch of 70 year old tattooed drug dealers are running things now.
Certain groups are considered praiseworthy, such as 1% biker clubs whose members derive their income primarily from the manufacture and sale of illegal narcotics and engage in extortion, murder, rape, you name it.
1% biker clubs to them represent one of the last images of the 'powerful,' take no B.S., proudly politically incorrect White male, that strongly resonates with quite a few people out there, in a world these people feel have 'emasculated' White males and eroded their 'rights' through the years. The same kind of reasoning why these people embrace groups like Proud Boys but demonize Antifa.
The same people that consider a street gang such as the Crips as subhuman savages, then turn around and proudly strut their chest in their praise for 1% biker gangs. "Oh, b-b-b-but, those bikers do charity drives"
For the most part bikers don't deal with the racist BS. We have a chapter of the Buffalo Soldiers here, a MC. They are supported by and support predominately white MCs and MOs around the area. And while their history commemorates black soldiers, they have white members.
