Odds are the rioters were unemployed before COVID-19 and would have been rioting if Floyd's death had been a year ago. The goal is looting and getting stuff. They do not care about Floyd.

People who are unemployed and who want to be employed again are not rioting, no matter how fed up they are with the attempt to mitigate the coronavirus.

Civilized world should strongly condemn use of force on these freedom fighters and impose sanctions on this tyrannical government! EU can step up as a mediator between POTUS and protest leaders to resolve the issue!

At least that's how it has been done in the past ... for other countries.

You clearly aren't a scholar in government or law enforcement.
Correct.

The NG reports to POTUS under Title 10 and reports to governor under Title 32.

But in this situation I am assuming they are going to be under Title 32 for riot control/law enforcement duty.
