He was going to get reelected anyways. The bookies had him as the favorite months ago. Only the leftist media and their echo chamber of the empty liberal mind believe an old white, dementia riddled, touchy pervy, corrupt as the day is long, racist segregationist is going to beat Trump. At this point, democrats are only finding new ways to poke the hornet's nest that is the American public, and those hornets won't be coming after Trump. They will attack the genuine source of their frustrations. You dims should have demanded your leaders stop while they were behind.

Let's see: President Trump is the third impeached President in our history. He did nothing for 70 days while a pandemic gripped the country. He and a Congress controlled by Republicans passed a tax cut that benefited the wealthy, while increasing the National Debt by 3 trillion dollars. Thousands of farmers filed for bankruptcy due to his tariff war with China (all the while claiming, stupidly, that China paid the tariffs into our treasury).
Then, when the virus hit and economies were shut down, of necessity, the national debt rose again, now approaching 26 trillion dollars. 40 million Americans have lost their jobs. More layoffs are happening every day, with thousands more promised for September and October when the bailout money (Payroll Protection Act) runs out (allowing the companies, including the airlines, to then layoff workers)
After spending the past three and a half years giving preference to racists (today he quoted Qanon), he hid in the White House emergency bunker while Joe Biden walked the streets of Wilmington, Delaware, and talked to protestors.
Did I mention the novel coronavirus for which there is no treatment and no cure? 106,000 Americans dead, probably 150,000 (if we are lucky) by election day. All while Mr. Trump touts a drug of no benefit, and promises that the virus will magically disappear.

Let me remind some of you, as one that was alive in 1968 and interested in the election: yes, Richard Nixon ran on a 'law and order' platform. But he also ran on getting us out of Vietnam. 1968 was the year in which we suffered the most deaths in that useless war. So, it was not just a one-act election.
