I don't know ... Your entire post is disingenuous because none of those things are "banned".
Nor do "activists and journalists" want to replace the Star Spangled Banner. Instead, what you have are one "historian" and one "author" pointing out that Francis Scott Key supported slavery, which is fact, and suggesting that another song should replace the Star Spangled Banner as the national anthem.
Reading is fundamental.

I thought the activists were opposed to the National Anthem because there’s some language about slaves in the third verse. Just change that line, and voila! - problem solved.
